About the Role
As an Account Executive for ClickTime, you’ll be at the forefront of ClickTime’s mission to help businesses manage their most precious asset: Their team’s time. You’ll identify, source, and close good-fit prospects - acting as a strategic advisor, solving key business challenges, and adding value along the way. In addition, you’ll work with internal stakeholders to streamline workflow, advance our sales methodologies, and build further expertise in key verticals. Collaborating closely with our Sales Director, this is an opportunity to harness your ambition and creativity to make your mark on an established SaaS company.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals
- Forecast and document all opportunities based on ClickTime sales model and opportunity management definitions
- Meet or exceed individual sales quota
- Create trusted long-term business relationships with current and future clients
- Develop account plans for acquiring business with companies between 500-5,000 employees
- Manage contract negotiations
- Build cross-functional relationships with ClickTime team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years selling in the mid-market and/or enterprise segment, with experience selling SaaS technologies and HR tech/Payroll
- Prior experience managing a territory-based quota
- Experience presenting to, and running demos, to a C-level executive audience
- Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and develop them into a consultative sale
