Responsibilities:


  • Practice front-foot account management, planning ahead, knowing your timings inside out.
  • knowing the team’s movements and planning around these commitments to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Understand the day to day finances on your account and be responsible for keeping project finance trackers & timesheets up to date
  • Deliver all tasks on the deadline OR flag where this is not possible to line managers in advance.
  • Articulate the different brand positions for your client’s key competitors.
  • Develop strong relationships with all client contacts.
  • Passionately care about great creative work. Identifying great work and articulating why.
  • Provide inspiration during creative briefings with relevant references.
  • Support new business pitch teams with a can-do and proactive attitude.
  • Ensure all meetings run smoothly, booking rooms, preparing the environment & materials, and confirming attendees and roles in advance.
  • Be curious and constantly seeking to learn.

Qualifications

Requirements:


  • You have a background in Marketing or similar degree.
  • 1 year of experience in account management would be ideal.
  • You are passionate about creativity and building long-lasting relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and nurturing client relationships
  • You are keen to take bold leaps, even if that means you risk making mistakes along the way.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at multitasking and time management.
  • You are voraciously curious and never stop feeding your mind
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of both independent work and collaboration within a team.
