POSITION SUMMARY

The Account Executive, Sourcing is responsible for customer service and product delivery through constant liaison with clients and suppliers on all matters relating to campaign management services and inventory management. The primary focus of this role will be to deliver exceptional customer service. Clients will be updated regularly on status of their orders, and requests for reporting and/or inventory investigation will be processed in a responsive manner. The Account Executive, Sourcing will, in conjunction with the central Account Management team, maintain current status of all reporting, resolve delays, and ensure that internal procedures are followed at all times. Orders will be processed in the most efficient manner available.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree. A combination of education and work experience can be substituted.

2+ years previous experience in an inventory management and /or order management environment

Experience in understanding and explaining shipment delays and investigating inventory corrections

Excellent client facing and customer service skills, with an ability to build relationships

Committed, resilient and prepared to work extra hours as required

Experience of working in an environment where priorities are constantly changing. Can manage change, and keep a clear perspective of end goals

Team worker, with positive outlook who can inspire and motivates peers

Focus on project management, timely delivery and achievement of Key Performance Indicators

Intermediate skill level with MS Office

Organized with excellent attention to detail


JOB DUTIES

*Monitor customer service inbox for resolution of pick/pack delays, expedited orders, data entry corrections, damaged packages, missing tracking, etc

*Daily reporting to client on order status e.g. backorders, LTL shipments, etc

*Manage order status across multiple platforms between tag and vendors

*Investigate inventory concerns, e.g. out of stock items, mismatched available qty, etc

*Maintain tracking of all projects in procurement tool

*Adhere to defined ordering authorization and billing process

*Work within Tag's operating budget

*Develop a good understanding of the client's business and industry sector

*Build relationships with clients and manage their perceptions and expectations

*Develop strong relationships with suppliers

*Resolve client/supplier issues, escalate where appropriate

*Implement and use best practice principles

WORKING CONDITIONS

This position works in an office environment

The salary range for this position is $60K minimum - $65K maximum per annum depending upon experience. Compensation varies depending on location, and job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs.
