Inizio Evoke Access is seeking an Account Executive, who will help the agency team in delivering quality work to our clients.  The position will be responsible for communication on assigned projects, ensuring the agency team is clear on objectives of all projects and has the content needed to support the projects.  The Account Executive will also be responsible for enabling strong collaboration with agency and client teams, and ensuring quality execution of all agency deliverables.


You Will:


  • Day-to-day management of projects at the agency and communication with clients, with support from supervisor.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with mindset of driving actionable steps to solve issues
  • Diligent about details, organization, and follow ups for flawless execution
  • Translates the needs of the client into project briefs to facilitate project development, embodies a understanding of the objectives of the projects, and partners with other departments to ensure alignment across the internal team on client projects
  • Works with project management team to establish timelines for all client projects and communicates changes as they occur to ensure accuracy of all project plans
  • Ensures the team has what they need to deliver on the work, and projects stay on track
  • Communicates with clients keeping them informed of project status, and recaps after meetings.
  • Understands the regulatory and FDA environment, including internal client review processes

 

You Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical agency experience required
  • Managed markets agency experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize workload effectively
  • A flexible and positive attitude with respect to work assignments and ever-changing priorities
  • Curiosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
  • A clear understanding of the multidisciplinary team and when to engage resources
  • Impeccable attention to detail and self-accountability
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Willing to flex to supports in other agency disciplines, as part of a small and nimble team
  • Effective communicator with a combination of listening, speaking, and business writing skills
  • Working well independently and as a team member across departments to manage the flow of projects through the agency/team

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. Compensation

$75,000$85,000 USD
