This is your opportunity to be a dynamic and results-driven consultative seller, focused on growing existing customer relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and increasing revenue through strategic upsells. This role is perfect for someone passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
This role will be based in one of Stackline's offices in Seattle, Minneapolis, NYC or Chicago (remote) and must be able to work from this office location on a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week.

What You Will Do:
- Drive Upsell Revenue – Meet and exceed quota by identifying expansion opportunities within your existing portfolio, selling additional products, features, and consultative services.
- Consultative Selling – Leverage Stackline’s suite of tools to develop data-driven insights, crafting compelling narratives that align with customer needs and showcase the value of Stackline’s solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to understand customer pain points and develop effective upsell strategies.
- Product Expertise – Stay up to date on Stackline’s offerings and translate complex features into clear, compelling value propositions for customers.
- Customer Relationship Management – Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, expanding your reach within organizations to drive long-term retention and growth.
- Pipeline & Forecasting – Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and proactively track upsell opportunities to consistently achieve targets.
- Negotiation & Closing – Lead pricing discussions, address objections with confidence, and drive deals to successful closure.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success, with a focus on consumer brands and eCommerce.
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales quotas, with proven ability to manage and expand mid-market and enterprise accounts, driving revenue through upsells and strategic expansions.
- Skilled in using analytics to develop strategic recommendations and communicate the value of SaaS solutions to executive stakeholders.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in marketing, sales, and operations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce, GONG, DealHub, or similar programs.
- Willing to travel for up to 15% for client meetings and industry events.

Actual salaries are just one component of the compensation package and may vary above or below the range based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, location, and performance. The pay range for this position at the Account Executive level is $105,000 - $120,000 per year. Other rewards may include commission, short- and long-term incentives, and other team-specific awards.
