Position Summary:

The Bulk Account Executive  will play a pivotal role in expanding Breezeline services to HOAs/COAs and MDU communities to help drive penetration and profitability within the MIami/Palm Beach areas. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and consultants responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, cultivating growth and ensuring a high rate of renewals.  In this role, you will be assigned to the Miramar, FL office with office hours to be determined by your leader as necessary.

What we need in you:

You are a driven sales professional with sales experience in the bulk space selling to HOAs/COAs and MDU communities. You have worked with and have positive relationships with consultants and have demonstrated a history of achieving designated sales goals and renewals. 

What you’ll do:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations, and foster positive relationships through regular communication and check-ins

  • Deliver on all aspects of customer success and client retention including established KPIs and communication requirements

  • Consistently deliver on all business targets and achieve all assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas for new business and renewals

  • Cultivate relationships with MDUs, HOAs and COAs to ensure successful onboarding, maximize revenue, contract duration, and client satisfaction

  • Fostering a pipeline of new activity by leveraging existing relationships and working with marketing to gain new community activity through lead generation

  • Educate customers on product features of HSD and video and equipment enhancements

  • Knowledge and experience with populating ROI and deal approval forms

  • Successfully manage client relationships on delivering against timelines and work cross-functionally with engineering, construction and tech ops to meet property timelines for service availability

  • Act as an escalation point for customer issues and work closely with the Bulk Customer Care team to deal with escalations

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand assigned customer accounts

  • Travel as necessary to support accounts throughout the Miami/Palm Beach region

Experience: 5+ years selling as a Bulk Representative or as a B2B or Residential direct sales rep in the telecommunications, broadband, fixed wireless or mobility industries.
