Job Description

As an Account Director, you’ll join a dynamic team of client services experts to bridge the gap between our valued clients and our internal teams. Your role involves forging strong client relationships, understanding their unique marketing needs, and uncovering exciting business prospects that align these needs. You’ll then collaborate to craft and implement innovative solutions that drive our clients towards their goals.

Management and Execution

  • Collaborate with your team to ensure precise project execution, guaranteeing adherence to processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet challenging deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to flawless execution to consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Review and manage project budgets with your expert direction to achieve success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the delivery of launch programs.
  • Maintain an action and solution oriented approach at all times.
  • Ensure that all communications reflect Klick Health standards and contribute to a positive client experience. 
  • Thoroughly grasp clients, industry dynamics, competitors, key drivers, and the evolving business environment.
  • Diligently search for opportunities to enhance our clients’ business outcomes, persistently striving to deliver exceptional value.
  • Precisely articulate clients’ brand objectives, ensuring they seamlessly integrate into our strategic recommendations.
  • Play an integral role in shaping the account plan for each client, contributing valuable insights and strategic direction.

Experience

  • 6+ years client services experience in the advertising industry.
  • 2+ Years pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising experience.
  • Comfortable managing between 2-3M in client business.
  • Experience participating in brand planning.
  • Launch experience is a plus.
  • Experience with TV- Broadcast and Production
  • Intake of new client opportunities and brief coordination.
  • Setup, lead and run client meetings, provide follow-up and recap notes.
  • In partnership with Project Management, review and create scopes of work.
  • Client Feedback: Gaining clarity on changes/markups and communicating back to internal teams effectively. 
  • Maintain and grow client relationships at the Product Manager and Associate Director level.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Full understanding of marketing communications and regulations of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
  • University degree required, MBA a plus.

Requirements

  • Travel: As need travel to client, mainly in the US and Canada.
  • Valid passport is required.
  • Hybrid work environment, two days a week in office required.
  • Comfort with and enthusiasm for integrating AI into your work.
