Team

The Platform Partnerships team sits within the revenue organization and leads the strategic growth & development of global DSP and vendor relationships. We evaluate market opportunities, sign new integrations, grow and manage existing partnerships that drive liquidity for our publishers and revenue for our business.

Role

The Account Director, DSP Partnerships is a key role in steering the growth and success of a book of enterprise DSP partners. This exciting commercial role is focused on leading and growing a high profile book of business. 

You'll be comfortable working in lockstep with Technical, Sales, Product, Marketing and Legal teams to deliver on your clear and ambitious goals for the accounts. You’ll navigate organizational structures comfortably, gather intelligence and leverage your rolodex to make the impossible possible.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage selected DSP relationships across a varied book of business, influencing senior stakeholders up to VP+
  • Partnering closely with internal technical, Sales and Product teams on plans, key workstreams, their prioritization.
  • Devise and identify potential revenue opportunities. Upsell and leverage your rolodex of key decision makers to execute on clearly articulated plans.
  • Driving the uptake of TripleLift’s products through roadshows, the maintenance of trader activation guides and the proliferation of deals in DSP marketplaces.
  • Identify business and product opportunities, drive them to launch and continuously look to increase adoption 
  • Build long term plans of actionable plans of execution delivering on company level OKR frameworks
  • Ensure TripleLift is included on all partner initiatives that impact our business and that we are top-of-mind for all beta opportunities
  • Present detailed financial forecasts and updates showcasing the status of the book of business for executive level visibility
  • Host quarterly business reviews and share key metrics on a regular basis
  • Work with legal and P&I teams on key contractual concerns

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of online advertising experience in a Demand side Partnerships or Business Development Capacity; Experienced relationship builder
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop and execute on account plans and revenue Goals
  • Technical understanding of Programmatic and a proven track record of successfully leading complex workstreams with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English; ability to present effectively across multiple levels in an organization with complete composure.
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to excellence — strong work ethic, ability to anticipate issues and communicate with diplomacy.
  • Strong familiarity with DSP Ad-Tech product stacks is preferred

US Jobs: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift US salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.

Salary range transparency

$155,000$165,000 USD
