As an Account Development Manager (Outside Sales Representative), you will grow new sales through assigned Pittsburgh Paints Company stores, growing both existing business year-over-year, and developing new accounts.

You will report to the Regional Manager and work remotely/on the road based in and around Downtown Miami,  Florida.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to existing customer account by keeping up to date with current promotions, new products, and with current customer service practices to find opportunities for growth.
  • Develop account planning strategies, sales opportunities, and understand existing business and the segments they serve.
  • Collaborate with store managers and employees to ensure customers' needs are met.
  • Facilitate customer quotes to achieve margin targets according to pricing strategies.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service, using your unique sales prowess to drive growth.
  • Strategize account development to expand our market presence.
  • Utilize a CRM for efficient account management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet customer needs.
  • Negotiates deals to meet margin goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Three (3) years' experience with stellar customer service acuity.
  • CRM software experience preferred while previous coatings experience is sought after.
  • Daily travel within an assigned territory; must have valid driver's license.
