What You’ll Do: As an Account Development Manager at Sock Club, you'll be essential in developing strong partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. You'll manage the sales process from start to finish, guiding clients from their first inquiry to a successful order, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer journey.
You'll be responsible for:
- Building Lasting Relationships: Understand client needs and foster strong partnerships with enterprise and mid-market clients, becoming their go-to resource.
- Mastering Our Products: Maintain expert knowledge of Sock Club’s product suite and sales process to close deals that align perfectly with client goals.
- Driving Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and increase revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating for Success: Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing teams to create prospecting email campaigns and effective outreach that drives adoption of our products.
- Providing Top-Notch Support: Be the main point of contact for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, overseeing order fulfillment, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Tracking Your Success: Monitor and forecast account metrics, ensuring you meet and exceed revenue goals.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of proven success in sales, with a track record of exceeding KPIs and performance goals.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at the Director and VP levels.
- Experience in the Distributor and Promotional Products industries (a big plus!).
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, reporting tools, and sequences.
