In this role, the Account Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Account Director with the day-to-day tasks of assigned clients across account groups.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Teams, providing support on projects and client communication.
  • Keep Account Director informed of the status of tasks of assigned client projects.
  • Utilize sound project management processes and tools to set-up and guide internal execution teams towards the achievement of client, campaign, and project objectives.
  • Ownership over project reviews requiring extreme attention to detail and strong understanding of internal processes to effectively communicate feedback.
  • Work with Account Director to prioritize multiple clients and projects and ensure quality and deadlines are met.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, handling task-related concerns or issues with the client and involving Account Director as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 + years of relevant work experience, preferred at least 1 year within agency environment.
  • General understanding of graphic design / creative process
  • Ability to communicate project needs to technical/development teams
  • Attention to detail, action-oriented and able to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • A knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs a plus (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Animal health or other healthcare industry experience a plus
