As Access & Policy Partner for Roche Diagnostic Thailand, you drive strategy and implementation of Market Access and Health Policy strategy in Thailand.
Develop and co-create Market Access Plans for innovative and high medical value solution assets. Build strategic partnership with relevant stakeholder to shape health care policy and secure reimbursement. Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Medical and Sales to ensure strategic alignment and agile execution of access strategies & tactics.
Drive accelerated adoption and execution of in-market essay and optimize access for in-market assays and new high medical value assays.
Ability to partner and strategically engage key stakeholders such as: MoPH (NCD Dept), NHSO, Diabetes Association, Patient Association/Clubs, Area Health Directors, UC/SSS/CSMBS policy makers.
Identify and drive strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, financial institutions, IT companies, and private insurance and business alliances etc.
Your Opportunity:

You lead and drive excellence execution of Market Access Plan. Strategically collaborate with cross functional team to develop and coordinate execution of the Market Access strategy in alignment to drive business success of Roche diagnostic Thailand

You maintain close liaison with relevant payers & policy makers and payer-influencing KOLs. Effectively engages payers and policy makers to maximize access and reimbursement of in-market and high medical value assays. Engages opinion leaders regularly to keep abreast of developments in the market, industry, technology and business opportunities

You align Access strategies & tactics with APAC Access & Policy Value Stream priorities. Engages closely and work as strategic partner with Medical, Marketing to formulate Market Access strategies for assigned portfolio and to ensure successful cross-functional execution

You ensure successful execution of market access activities. Permanently scouts opportunities to partner in order to deliver access to RDT’s innovative diagnostic solutions to build ecosystem (e.g. telehealth, patient coaching, access schemes).
Who you are:

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Health economics, Life sciences or Public policy and 5 + years of experience in the healthcare industry in Thailand or experience related field.

A proficient language skill in Thai and good command of spoken and written English

You are able to use interpersonal communication skills to accurately hear and understand the needs of customers and colleagues.

You are organized but flexible approach to resolving business issues by adapting to and working within a variety of situations.

You are able to identify market opportunities and develop programs to maximize sales. Create engaging & motivating competitions
