Join us as an Accelerator Digital Community Manager
- If you have extensive experience of developing and delivering engaging multi-channel content, and you have a passion for communications, delivering an amazing customer experience digitally and building digital communities, we’d like to hear from you
- You’ll be sourcing, writing and publishing content for the NatWest Accelerator digital channels and community platform
- This role will give you the opportunity to develop strong relationships with bank-wide stakeholders, as you lead the development and delivery of the content and engagement strategy
- We’re offering this role for a period of 12 months
What you'll do
As an Accelerator Digital Community Manager, you’ll create a seamless digital presence, which draws upon sources and content from across the Accelerator, our different partners and business areas. With your creativity and expertise, you’ll be developing and embedding the tone of voice and proposition across our digital channel, consistently finding compelling ways to deliver communications, enhance the user experience and engage with our Accelerator customers.
You’ll also be:
- Developing communication frameworks from customer acquisition, to onboarding and in life
- Making sure the bank’s digital presence remains compliant on brand and on message
- Managing our digital channels and reporting on what’s working and not working
- Acting as the go to person for reputation management queries and moderation on the Accelerator community platform
- Building and managing digital communities, implementing frameworks that drive engagement
The skills you'll need
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a successful background in developing and delivering digital content and managing online communities. You’ll have the ability to write engaging communications, and you’ll need organisational skills to deliver programme milestones on time and against challenging deadlines.
We’ll also expect you to have:
- A successful track record of managing complex delivery programmes
- A sound understanding of new social media technologies
- The ability to work with senior management and colleagues at all levels
- Experience of managing relationships with external suppliers and partners
- An understanding of the entrepreneurial start-up landscape
