About the role
Based in our GCC Hubs, the WorkDay Application Capability Centre is a key part of Haleon’s Tech strategy towards delivering changes to our critical Workday landscape. The team comprises of inhouse and outsources resources and work together in delivering Workday Technical and Functional changes that enable Haleon to meet our Consumer’s needs.
We are seeking an experienced Workday Techno-Functional professional to manage the request delivery and continuous improvement of our Workday platform, encompassing Workday-related requests and changes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Workday Core HCM and Compensation, with a blend of technical and functional skills. This role will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project delivery, and ensuring that the Workday platform aligns with our organizational objectives.
Role Responsibilities:

Support delivery of Workday platform enhancements, system upgrades, and ongoing demand.

Collaborate with HR Business stakeholders to gather business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable Workday solutions.

Take part in project management activities, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timeline adherence, to ensure successful Workday platform changes.

Hands-on the design, configuration, and customization of Workday to meet specific business needs.

Lead change management efforts, including end-user training, documentation, and communication to enhance adoption and user satisfaction.

Continuously monitor platform performance, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve efficiency and system stability.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, security protocols, and data privacy regulations in all Workday activities.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Workday Core HCM and Compensation (configuration knowledge is required).

Hands-on knowledge in any of these other Workday areas is a plus: Talent & Performance, Recruitment, Time Tracking, Absence.

Solid knowledge managing Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) related tasks.

Experience managing data, system configuration, and customization within Workday.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successfully collaborating across diverse teams and functions.

Proficiency in problem-solving and delivering timely solutions.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that align with business goals.
Preferred Qualifications:

Workday certification in Compensation or in HCM is highly desirable.

Familiarity with data security, compliance, and governance as it pertains to HR and financial data.

Experience in a large, global organization or a consulting environment.
