Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced 3D Game Tester to join our quality assurance team. The position is for limited days only. The ideal candidate should have a passion for gaming and a keen eye for detail. As a 3D Game Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, functionality, and overall quality of our games before they are released to the public.
Responsibilities:
- Test pre-release versions of 3D games across various platforms to identify and report defects, bugs, and issues.
- Execute test cases and checklists to validate game features, functionality, performance, and usability.
- Collaborate closely with the Manager to communicate issues and provide detailed feedback for improvements.
- Participate in regression testing to verify bug fixes and ensure overall game stability.
- Analyze game mechanics, controls, and user interfaces to assess gameplay experience and identify areas for enhancement.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in game testing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Game Tester or Quality Assurance Tester in the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of 3D game development concepts, terminology, and processes.
- Proficiency in bug tracking and test management.
- Solid knowledge of various gaming platforms and their specific testing requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to articulate issues clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
