In this senior-level role, you’ll oversee the implementation and maintenance of client 340B programs, acting as the vital link between clients, pharmacies, and internal teams. We offer transparent, pass-through pharmacy processing and other services for private label Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), vertically integrated health plans and hospital systems. In addition to Pharmacy Benefit Administrative Services, we offer 340B Administration, Hospice and Long-Term Care Services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Innovate: Direct and mentor Account Managers and Account Coordinators, ensuring a seamless collaboration that meets compliance and client satisfaction standards.
  • Client Success: Serve as the escalation point for complex client needs, providing solutions and insights that drive program performance.
  • Program Implementation: Oversee the setup of new accounts, from data management to operational readiness, ensuring a flawless "go live."
  • Program Optimization: Monitor existing accounts, guiding the team in addressing discrepancies, managing data accuracy, and adapting to client needs.
  • Develop Talent: Mentor team members and conduct training sessions to elevate knowledge of 340B regulations and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Pharmacy Technician experience/certification is a plus).
  • Completion of 340B University and an in-depth understanding of 340B regulations.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, SQL, and FlexGen.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Experience interpreting 340B Service Agreements and contributing to product development is highly valued.
