Bain Capital Special Situations has $20 billion in assets under management and has invested $35 billion in more than 900 deals across a balanced geographic mix of investments in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific since its founding in 2002. We provide bespoke capital solutions to meet the diverse needs of companies, entrepreneurs, and asset owners - in all market cycles. The strategy brings together equity and credit expertise, as well as corporate and real asset expertise, to provide solutions which cannot be met by traditional providers or other funds within Bain Capital. SUMMER ANALYST PROGRAM
The Summer Analyst internship enables a highly-select group of rising seniors the opportunity to become an investor as part of a leading global investment firm. We value team players with a drive to succeed and a great sense of humor.
Summer Analysts participate in a 10-week internship based in our Boston office. Each Summer Analyst will work as an integral part of a team comprised of Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, Associates, and/or Analysts.
Summer Analysts are exposed to a broad set of situations and credits to systematically develop skills as a value-added investor. They develop and hone a complete financial and business analysis skill set and build on the tools used in consulting firms to analyze industries, business strategies and competitive positions. In addition, Summer Analysts develop strong financial modeling and analytical skills and gain exposure to many areas of the public financial markets.

Qualifications:

Current sophomores (ALL MAJORS) with a strong academic record (cumulative GPA 3.6 or higher)
