Program Overview:

The 2025 Wells Fargo High School Apprenticeship Program is designed to provide participants with access to dedicated program management support, on-the-job and structured learning experiences, exposure to senior leaders and mentorship opportunities, and ongoing professional development. Part of the Wells Fargo High School Apprenticeship Program experience also includes a robust induction training at the beginning of your program that will prepare you to join your assigned team.

In this Role You Will:

  • Gain an understanding of the Wells Fargo organizational structure as well as workplace policies and procedures.
  • Attend program training, workshops, networking, or other events and complete self-study assignments, as appropriate. 
  • Perform a variety of administrative, transactional, operational, or stakeholder support tasks to build your knowledge, professional, and technical skills within your designated functional group.
  • Experience continuous opportunities to ask questions and understand how your individual work contributes to team objectives and broader projects.
  • Receive regular direction from your manager and participate in projects that allow you to interact with immediate team members and other experienced professionals.

Program Duration: Fall 2025 – Spring 2026, part-time schedule.

Program Locations: Charlotte, NC

Required Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be actively enrolled at Central Piedmont Early College and will need to receive approval from school leadership to participate in this Apprenticeship cohort.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Must be currently pursuing a high school diploma with an expected graduation of Spring 2026 – Spring 2027
  • Energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative, remains curious and has a genuine interest in learning and growing
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), non-profit involvement
