Department Summary
Oceanside Information (IT) and Automation Operational Technology (OT) department supports a manufacturing plant that is producing life-saving medicine. ITOT supports all business processes of Make-Assess-Release(MAR) with technology such as MES, infrastructure and networking/cyber security.
This internship position is located in Oceanside, onsite
The Opportunity

Work closely with Senior/Principle Engineer in setting up ServiceNow for various projects/systems.

Manage key stakeholders to collect the data in timely manner

Understand the requirements, plan the activities and own the implementation

Report periodically to key stakeholders on the development

Other responsibilities as needed as work evolves.
Program Highlights

Intensive 12-weeks, full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship.

Program start dates are in May/June (Summer) / September(Fall)

A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship.

Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.

Who You Are (Required)
-
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student ).

Required Majors: Information Technology/Computer science
Required Skills:
-
Pursuing studies in computer science, management information systems
-
Understanding of computer systems and processes
-
Understanding of project management activities such as requirement gathering, defining functional specifications, and testing.

Knowledge of Python programming, SQL, database management.

Knowledge of ServiceNow application is a plus

The expected hourly rate range for this position based on the primary location for this position of Oceanside is $23- $28. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, level, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
