2025 Summer Intern - Global Customer Support

Department Summary
The Global Customer Support (GCS) organization's goal is to provide the field teams with tools, procedures, and training to allow them to support customer sites effectively and efficiently. GCS provides second-level support when field issues cannot be resolved and represents the voice of the field to our development stakeholders.
This internship position is located in Tucson, Arizona, on-site.
The Opportunity

The GCS summer intern will collaborate with team members to create support strategies and materials for the Roche Diagnostic portfolio’s new and existing products.

This role will provide an opportunity to collaborate with development, operations, and global affiliates to create new content.
-
Create service documentation for on-market products or products in development.
-
Create training content for on-market products or products in development.
-
Assist team in troubleshooting customer issues.
Program Highlights
-
Intensive 12-weeks, full time (40 hours per week) paid internship.

Program start dates are in May/June (Summer).

A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship.

Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.

Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.
Who You Are
Required Education. You meet one of the following criteria:

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student).

Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree (not currently enrolled in a graduate program).
Required Majors: Computer Science.
Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working in a lab environment.

Ability to work independently and collaborate in group projects.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Arizona is $22-$28 an hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
