Your Role:

SpringWorks Therapeutics is looking for a 2025 SpringWorks Summer Intern – IT Data and Analytics, to work hand-in-hand with our in-house staff on our modern, advanced data platform. Our Snowflake centered platform uses an Extract-Load-Transform (ELT) ingestion process to load data from our operational systems as well as third-party data sources to create a global, enterprise data warehouse. Once landed, our data goes through quality monitoring (Monte Carlo) and transformation (dbt) to create domain specific data marts. Data is explored and visualized using both Power BI as well as Sigma reporting platforms.

Our Intern will assist the IT Data and Analytics team with the development, maintenance and organization of our data, reporting and analytics platform and assets. In addition to working with our seasoned D&A team, our Intern will gain natural exposure to a wide variety of life sciences professionals as our set of stakeholders spans the entire company. Our Intern will work especially closely with the Commercial Data and Analytics team.

Location Classification – Hybrid: ​

This role will be required to work onsite 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday), or more depending on business needs. #LI-Hybrid

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, resolution and development of Monte Carlo data quality alerts
  • Investigation and resolution of routine IT Data and Analytics Case submissions, such as access requests and data storage requests
  • Organization and population of our Atlan Data Governance platform, including Data Glossary, Data Dictionary, and Data Lineage
  • Design and Implementation of a Data and Reporting Hub, a one-stop portal to centralize access to data and reporting resources, reports and data exploration links
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Role Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate or graduate student studying Data and Analytics, Information Technology or related field of study
  • Any experience with professional software development or data analysis is a plus
  • Knowledge of fundamental SQL
  • HTML or web page development helpful
  • Optional, but very helpful: any experience with Snowflake, dbt, Atlan, AirFlow, Fivetran, Azure DevOPs, Power BI or Sigma
  • Ability to express complex technical concepts in plain English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical, troubleshooting, planning and problem-solving skills

Standard Requirements for all intern positions:

  • Ability to complete the entire 10-week program (from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025) and commit to 40 hours per week
  • Applicants must be available to work onsite weekly a minimum of 2 days/5 days for onsite positions.
  • Final presentation to manager & department team members at the end of the 10-week program (mandatory).
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the start of the program.
  • Applicants currently enrolled in an accredited college/university for undergraduate, graduate or PharmD program. Must have completed at least two semesters at an accredited U.S. college or university before the start of the program.
  • Applicants must attend a school in a U.S. state or territory and be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Applicants must have a strong desire to pursue a career in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology field post-graduation.
  • Applicants must meet the minimum requirements of the role, both in Education (BS/MS/PharmD/Ph.D/etc.) and experience.
  • Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)

Compensation & Benefits:

The expected hourly rate for this position is $26.50/hour.
