Your Role:
The SpringWorks Therapeutics Summer Internship Program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills while contributing to meaningful projects within the organization. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, learn about the complexities of the pharmaceutical industry, and gain insights into potential career paths
People & Organization (Human Resources) Team is looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about the biotechnology industry and how the People & Organization Team helps support growth of the business. Throughout this 10-week internship, you will gain exposure to several areas in Human Resources, such as Talent Attraction, Talent Enablement, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, People & Organization Business Partnering, Organizational Design & Development, Performance Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, as well as assist in implementation of new programs.
Location Classification – Hybrid:
This role will be required to work onsite 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) or more depending on business needs. #LI-Hybrid
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- This position will work on the People & Organization / Human Resources (HR) team at purpose is to ensure that has the capabilities required to deliver on our business plan and instill investor confidence by strengthening and sustaining our talent base and corporate culture, where patients are at the heart of all we do.
- Talent Attraction: Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, sourcing, and interview scheduling.
- People & Organization Partnering: Shadow members of the team in various senior leadership meetings and 1:1’s and collaborate on business partnership requests.
- Organizational Design: Assist the partnering team’s collaboration with senior leadership on organizational design and workforce planning activities
- Learning & Development: Assist with development and coordination of training activities (e.g. gather training resources via LinkedIn Learning and manage implementation, support the enrollment process by drafting communication, organizing schedules and managing of tracker).
- HR Operations: Support the team with job descriptions and other document management review
- Talent Enablement: Support the coordination and execution of the summer internship program, including planning and leading key events and activities to enhance the intern experience.
- Talent Operations: Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team to support with process-improvement projects and day-to-day tasks
- DE&I: Assist with development and coordination of activities related to SpringWorks Therapeutics’ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives (including, for example, Employee Resource Groups Events throughout the duration of the Program).
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Role Requirements:
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration with a Human Resources Concentration/Major, Management with a Human Resources Concentration/Major, Industrial Relations, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or closely related field.
- Interest and desire to learn more about Human Resources and areas that make up HR
- Demonstrated high level proficiency in HR related coursework preferred Proficient with working in cloud-based systems such as OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.
- Excellent project management skills i.e. ability to provide structure and order to a project.
- Technical skills including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
- Self-starting individual who possess the passion and drive to win
- Ability to maneuver ambiguity, with a keen mind for problem-solving
- Resilience and adaptability to solve problems
- Ability to discern priorities and remain organized as business needs evolve
- Strong work ethic and heightened sense of urgency to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment
Standard Requirements for all intern positions:
- Ability to complete the entire 10-week program (from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025) and commit to 40 hours per week
- Applicants must be available to work onsite weekly a minimum of 2 days/5 days for onsite positions.
- Final presentation to manager & department team members at the end of the 10-week program (mandatory).
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the start of the program.
- Applicants currently enrolled in an accredited college/university for undergraduate, graduate or PharmD program. Must have completed at least two semesters at an accredited U.S. college or university before the start of the program.
- Applicants must attend a school in a U.S. state or territory and be eligible to work in the United States.
- Applicants must have a strong desire to pursue a career in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology field post-graduation.
- Applicants must meet the minimum requirements of the role, both in Education (BS/MS/PharmD/Ph.D/etc.) and experience.
- Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected hourly rate for this position is $26.50/hour.
