What is the opportunity?
As a Business Analyst in RBC Insurance, you will provide an appropriate level of support for all types of change initiatives/projects, ensuring business impacts are assessed and projects are being implemented efficiently and effectively with business solutions that meet client and stakeholder needs.
What will you do?

Work closely with Business Development team

Develop and Review processes and procedures

Collaborate and support the Channel Design and Initiative Delivery team on projects impacting the group distribution channel

Review and clean up data within salesforce platform to improve platform efficiency
-
Establish routines and processes supporting the day-to-day execution of sales or service within the Group Brokerage Channel.

Participate in collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business user needs
-
Maintain and develop internal relationships
-
Resolve internal and external queries in a professional manner
What do you need to succeed?

Knowledge in Building, Documenting and Assessing Processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)

Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

Strong Teamwork and Collaboration Skills

Analytical Thinking
Nice to have

Experience with End User Reporting Tools (ex. Tableau)

Experience with CRM Tools (ex. Salesforce)

Actuarial Knowledge and Insurance industry knowledge

Knowledge of factors affecting Claims and Insurance Policies

Other programming skills considered an asset
