Deere & Company is seeking a OFP Quality Engineer in East Moline, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Materials Engineering, or related field plus 2 years related experience. Required skills: Experience with manufacturing process design, quality control plans, product development, and MES controls (1 yr); Knowledge of drawings, hydraulic & electrical schematic interpretation, product models or GD&T to determine if processes or supplier parts conform to that level of quality (1 yr); Ability to determine corrective action through root cause analysis and implement process control solutions to eliminate and mistake proof defects (1 yr); Experience with engineering tools, systems, and databases including SAP, Creo View, Kotem, MES, or vision systems (1 yr).
