As Manager of Music Partnerships and Marketing, you will develop relationships with artists and creators, support marketing initiatives, manage projects, and oversee live show productions. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills while working in a fast-paced environment at Wave’s LA studio and remotely.

Create engaging and stylized VFX for interactive virtual concerts, collaborating with the Art Director and content team. Handle all aspects of the VFX pipeline and ensure technical and artistic quality. Communicate with key stakeholders, collaborate with design and engineering teams, and oversee optimization and debugging.

Create game design goals and strategies for social experiences, innovate VR and cross-platform interaction mechanics, design progression and reward systems, collaborate with multiple teams, monitor community feedback, and address user needs.
