The NYC-based leasing and management platform takes a bottom-up approach to defining company culture, soliciting feedback from every department to attract buy-in and ownership throughout the organization, from the very first interaction with new talent. “From concept to execution we ensure every search process adheres to our values — from how the job description is drafted to how we manage the searches,” Principal Talent Acquisition Manager Ivette Assis said. “Additionally, through our values interview, we empower candidates to ask potential colleagues the questions that are important to them in their decision-making process.”
