401(K)

True Fit provides a 401(k) plan through Vanguard. TF covers all plan recordkeeping fees for active employees. Employees have the option to participate in pre-tax 401(k) and post-tax 401(k) Roth plans.

True Fit offers stock options, according to job level, on a five-year vesting period.

Disability insurance

True Fit provides income protection in the event that an employee is disabled and unable to work. Our Short-Term and Long-Term Disability plans pay 60% of their annual salary, up to a set maximum.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
