Responsibilities include managing financial relationships, collaborating with the product team, and driving growth initiatives in the blockchain payments sector.

The Assistant Financial Controller is responsible for ensuring local statutory and tax compliance for Transak, preparing consolidated financial statements, supporting audits, and maintaining accurate accounting as per local and global guidelines. This role involves working closely with outsourced service providers and requires strong analytical skills to streamline accounting processes.

The Compliance Manager & MLRO will oversee compliance regulations and frameworks at Transak, particularly in Hong Kong. Responsibilities include developing compliance policies, monitoring adherence to laws, preparing compliance reports, and engaging with cross-functional teams to implement effective compliance practices in the fast-moving crypto and blockchain environment.

The VP of Strategy and Partnerships will drive strategic growth at Transak by managing key partnerships with banks and Payment Service Providers, collaborating with product managers to launch new offerings, and exploring market expansion opportunities within the financial services sector.

The Compliance Admin will provide administrative support to the compliance team, assist with compliance-related documents, monitor compliance records, and stay updated on regulatory changes. They will work on-site one day a week in Miami, perform notary services, and collaborate with other departments.
