The Account Executive at Symplicity is responsible for field sales focused on growing business with existing higher education clients. This role involves developing territory plans, executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading issue resolution efforts, all while effectively communicating Symplicity’s offerings to meet client needs.

The QA Intern will support product knowledge acquisition, participate in Agile Scrum processes, develop and execute test cases, manage issue tracking, assist in automated testing tools development, and collaborate with various teams for quality control.

The Client & Implementation Manager will support clients in implementing Symplicity solutions, ensuring successful use and expansion. Responsibilities include conducting workshops to gather requirements, managing implementation processes, advancing client relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities, while providing ongoing support and communication with clients.
