Dental insurance

SRAM offers two dental plans to meet team members' needs, both include 100% coverage for preventive care, including x-rays, and orthodontia coverage is available.

Disability insurance

SRAM's disability insurance benefit is 60% of an employee's monthly salary up to a $15,000 maximum monthly benefit.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

SRAM's Health FSA and Dependent Care FSA cover out-of-pocket expenses related to medical care and childcare with pre-tax contribution up to $3,300 and $5,000 respectively.

Health insurance

SRAM's offers a variety of medical plans with Aetna to support team members medical needs. Team members may choose betweeen PPO or HSA eligible plans, and receive either $500 or $1,000 of HSA funding.

Life insurance

SRAM provides no-cost basic life and AD&D coverage to all team members equivalent to 1x annual salary. Team members may purchase additional coverage if desired.
