As a Lead Software Engineer at Shardeum, you will be responsible for the delivery of the mainnet and EVM-based smart contract platform, guiding teams on strategic roadmaps, mentoring members, optimizing performance, debugging, and developing innovative consensus and protocol software.

The Principal Core Blockchain Engineer will lead the development of Shardeum's EVM-based smart contract platform, manage projects and mentor team members. Responsibilities include software architecture, performance optimization, and debugging, aiming for scalability and reliability in the software intended for thousands of node operators.

The SDET will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Shardeum’s decentralized platform through robust test automation and debugging. Responsibilities include analyzing bugs, developing automated test frameworks, executing load tests, and collaborating with development teams to improve testing workflows. The position requires strong skills in programming, test automation, and a curiosity-driven approach to innovation in blockchain testing.
