Matching patients and therapists is a hard problem, and SVP of Product Anand Subramani makes sure its tech team is equipped to solve it. “We must balance the needs of patients, providers and partners, all of whom have preferences and requirements,” says Subramani. To do this well, the team is staffed with experienced engineers and PMs from top companies like Gusto and Dropbox. “We’re hiring folks who know and appreciate what it means to build solid foundations,” says Subramani. “Great tech teams appreciate our no shortcuts approach and our commitment to building products that make an impact.”
