The Portfolio Administrator will support Property and Portfolio Managers in managing a large portfolio of industrial properties. Responsibilities include processing invoices, preparing rent rolls, maintaining properties in Yardi, communicating with tenants, and assisting with budgeting and documentation for property management operations.

The LEED Certification Manager will oversee multiple projects pursuing LEED certification, manage the documentation process during construction, assist construction teams with sustainable strategies, and ensure compliance with LEED requirements. They will be a primary contact among design, development, and construction teams, handling all LEED certification documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
