The Accelerated GM Program equips participants with on-the-job training and mentorship over two years, preparing them for a General Manager position at Republic Services. Participants will hone leadership skills, gain experience across various departments, and contribute to safety, compliance, and organizational success.

The Gate Attendant/Scale Operator monitors and records waste volumes at a post collection site, assesses waste content for proper billing, processes customer payments, maintains record accuracy, and keeps the work area clean while also providing customer assistance.
