The Sales Administrator supports the Senior Sales Manager and Sales Managers with administrative tasks, assists in daily sales activities, coordinates meetings, conducts interviews for home sales, manages buyer inquiries, and provides guidance to sales associates and buyers.

The Corporate Recruiter/Talent Advisor will work with business leaders to identify recruitment needs, source and screen candidates, manage the interview process, and develop recruitment strategies focusing on diversity initiatives. They will facilitate onboarding and represent the company at recruitment events.

Manage and coordinate procurement activities, drive cost savings, optimize supply chain, maintain supplier relationships, ensure compliance and manage local supplier selection for residential construction projects.
