The Programme Manager will lead complex transformation initiatives within Pantheon’s Transformation Office, collaborating across functions to define strategies, manage projects, and ensure high-quality execution of change while effectively communicating with stakeholders and managing project teams.

The Paralegal will focus on transaction structuring and execution within Pantheon’s Private Equity Primaries & Co-investment team. Responsibilities include leading negotiations of legal documents, managing tax structuring, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring compliance with laws and Pantheon policy.
