The sales assistant position will support the regional office in servicing independent brokers marketing the Company’s products. Responsibilities include providing support to broker partners, mastering the Company’s product portfolio, data entry, delivering quotes, and working with other departments in the organization.

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for generating sales through the broker community, recruiting and training brokers, and securing relationships while promoting the company's health insurance products. Successful candidates must excel in communication and are self-motivated to achieve sales metrics.

The Regional Vice President of Sales will design and implement the go-to-market strategy, manage a sales team, recruit and train Directors, foster broker relationships, and provide product feedback to enhance offerings at Optimyl Benefits.
