The Senior Analyst, Order to Cash Operations will oversee the order-to-cash process including contract review, order management, invoicing, collections, and cash application. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sales targets, ensuring accuracy in billing, monitoring accounts receivable, managing deal approvals, implementing process improvements, and generating analytical reports.

As a Staff Platform Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions, drive the evolution of platform architecture, lead development efforts, and ensure system performance and reliability by working with Site Reliability Engineering teams. You will provide mentorship and promote continuous improvement in engineering processes.

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the design and implementation of backend services using C# and PHP, ensure scalability and security of payment solutions, maintain testing protocols, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to Agile development processes within NMI's Device Platform Team.
