When Sera Chowdhury started at the company, she was fresh out of college with zero full-time job experience. Her boss took a chance on her — and now, as a director, Chowdhury is paying it forward. She welcomes all candidates outside the typical tech sales archetype — generally white and male — who embody an innate drive. She enjoys taking these employees under her wing and coaching them to success. Appreciative of mentorship from senior leadership and support from cross-functional teams, Chowdhury also readily admits she isn’t done learning, either.
