Family medical leave
Mastery offers up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per year, as well as maintained health benefits, for any employee eligible under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Generous parental leave
Mastery offers up to 3 weeks of Paternity Leave or 16 weeks of Maternity Leave for a birth, adoption or foster care, compensated at 100% of regular pay after at least 6 months of full time employment.
