The Junior Level Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining automation solutions, creating test plans, coordinating release management, identifying production defects, and recommending improvements to QA processes. Candidates will work with Java, Python, and related technologies, and must possess strong analytical skills.

The Entry Level Quality Assurance Analyst will assist in manual and automated testing, develop scripts for QA processes, and perform root-cause analysis. The role emphasizes collaboration and communication while working across various IT projects in different domains. Candidates are expected to have a Bachelor's or Master's degree from IT-related fields and basic knowledge of programming languages, particularly Java and Python.

As a QA Analyst, you will evaluate software quality through manual and automation testing, identify and report bugs, and collaborate with Agile team members to develop test plans and ensure timely releases. Strong communication skills and a basic understanding of SQL are required.
