The Sr. Manager, Business Development will establish relationships within the Cell and Gene Therapy industry, provide product information, support proposal generation, and negotiate agreements. They will also track customer progress, represent the company at industry events, and work with internal teams to fulfill client needs.

The Scientist II will lead process development operations, design experiments for cell therapy production, and analyze data to support improvements. Responsibilities include creating presentations for discussions, assisting with process transfers, and leading internal initiatives while ensuring adherence to quality practices.

The Scientist III will lead the development and qualification of flow cytometry and cell-based assays, solve complex problems, analyze data, and ensure compliance with cGMP standards while mentoring junior staff. Responsibilities include authoring technical documents and effectively communicating findings within and outside the organization.
