The HACCP Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the SQF Quality System at a USDA-inspected meat snacks facility. They work closely with the FSQ Manager on food safety compliance, coordinate training for Team Members, and report on food safety performance. This role also manages audit requirements and addresses product issues as a subject matter expert.
