The Program Manager for Resources Pathway will lead and coordinate key initiatives focused on fundraising, marketing, and prayer, ensuring efficient project management and communication. They will oversee project scope, timelines, budget, and progress while fostering collaboration across teams to achieve IJM's goals.

The Coordinator for the CEO's Office at IJM will provide high-level administrative and project support to the CEO, enhancing productivity and effectiveness. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, tracking deadlines, securing materials for meetings, and supporting project management tasks across the organization.
