The PACS System Technology Specialist will provide technical support, act as the primary escalation point for support teams, conduct root cause analyses during system outages, and contribute to software design discussions to enhance supportability. This role involves mentoring, tool development for support teams, and participation in knowledge management to reduce escalations.
