The Senior Major Gifts Manager is responsible for retaining and upgrading major gift donors, implementing cultivation strategies, organizing events, and leading major gifts projects. This role also involves writing pitches and supporting major gifts prospecting strategies, as well as collaborating with the Executive Team to build donor relationships.

The Associate Organizing Director coaches and manages a team of Organizers and Organizing Managers, designs turf plans, tracks team goals, fosters a positive culture, and leads cross-department projects to support strategic priorities within the organization.

The Associate Director will design and manage strategic programs for onboarding and developing activists, overseeing multiple projects, communicating with stakeholders, supporting campaigns, and demonstrating proactive problem-solving. This role requires excellent project management and communication skills, alongside leadership development responsibilities.
