Benefits at Guild

We believe that bringing your whole self to work is an important part of Guild’s culture and we offer an inclusive, equitable total rewards package that reflects that philosophy. Guild’s strategy encompasses a broad range of programs and rewards for employees.

We make our benefit decisions rooted in Guild’s core values, with updates driven by data and feedback that we collect directly from employees, as well as market trends.

Our values influence our benefits decisions in this way:

  • Create Belonging - Differentiation drives our benefits philosophy, celebrating the diversity of our employees and tailoring our benefits and programs to meet the unique and nuanced needs of our specific employee populations.
  • Nurture a Learner’s Mindset - the benefits team keeps a pulse on the dynamic needs of our employees as well as the benefits market in order to continually evaluate and examine our benefit offerings.
  • Build for Shared Success - Guild’s benefit programs aim to meet or exceed the needs of employees while ensuring financial responsibility and sustainability for a company at our stage and size.
  • Be an Owner - We offer choice in our benefits, empowering our employees through education to make informed decisions for them and their families.
