Benefits at Fountain

Fountain employee perks and 401(k) benefit go into effect on Day 1 for eligible new hires. Medical, dental, and vision benefits go into effect on the first day of the month after your start date (e.g., If you start January 15th, your benefits would start February 1st).

We also have a host of other benefits including stipend for wifi/home and phone, unlimited PTO, flexible work schedule and more!

In the months which we do not have a company holiday, we have added a “Relaxation Day” to the calendar, typically on the first Friday of that month. This is an extra holiday to ensure that every month employees can take at least one 3-day weekend each month.
