The Associate will support and drive growth for RIA partner firms, serve as a junior relationship manager, analyze P&L changes, and contribute to financial initiatives within the organization.

The Associate will participate in all steps of the M&A process, including due diligence, financial analysis, and structuring deal terms. They will work closely with senior team members and coordinate with stakeholders to drive deals to completion, while maintaining M&A pipelines and preparing investment and term sheets.

The Accountant will review and process invoices, execute payments, reconcile discrepancies, assist with month-end close, prepare journal entries, analyze financial data, handle employee expense reports, and support team projects.
