The Scientist II/Senior Scientist will lead technical aspects of downstream AAV purification, oversee large-scale AAV purification processes, and support GMP manufacturing. They will also mentor junior associates, develop process optimization strategies, write and review SOPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The Director/Sr. Director of Quality Assurance oversees the quality aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. They will implement the Quality Management System, manage quality functions, and guide internal audits while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve quality and compliance objectives.
